Problems getting through to the EMA helpline?
Some callers to the helpline dealing with EMA applications have reported hearing an engaged tone or continuous ringing. The helpline is working with engineers to correct these technical problems as soon as possible, and apologises for any inconvenience. The priority is to make sure that callers have access to the helpline at all times.
